How it works
Connect. Ask. Act.
Connect
Turn on RezKit AI Connect for your RezKit organisation and connect your AI assistant (Claude today; other MCP-compatible assistants supported).
Ask
Your team asks questions in plain English. The assistant uses RezKit’s secure connector to look up bookings, departures, products, customers and payments.
Act
Get answers, documents and drafts. Combine with your email, calendar and other tools for end-to-end workflows.
Built on the Model Context Protocol (MCP), the open standard for connecting AI assistants to business systems.
Trust & security
You stay in control.
Designed with IT and data protection teams in mind, from day one.
Read-only during beta.
Today the connector can look up data but can’t create, change or cancel bookings. We’ll introduce any new actions gradually, and they’ll follow the same permissions.
Works as you.
The connector acts through the RezKit account of the person asking, so the AI can only see and do what that user’s role allows. Nothing more.
Sandbox and production kept separate.
Try everything on sandbox data first.
Your data, your control.
Connections can be revoked at any time, and access ends as soon as a user’s RezKit account is disabled.
Human in the loop.
Anything that leaves the business (emails, documents) is drafted for review by default.
Beta.
We’re testing with selected clients. AI can make mistakes; always check important outputs.
How your data is handled
When someone asks a question, the connector fetches only the RezKit data needed to answer it, using that person’s own login and permissions. The connector doesn’t keep a separate copy of your booking data.
The results are passed to the AI assistant your business has chosen to connect, such as Claude, and are processed under your agreement with that provider. Check that provider’s settings to confirm how it retains data and whether it uses data for training.
RezKit doesn’t use your data to train AI models. Your booking data stays covered by your existing RezKit agreement, and you remain the data controller for your customers’ personal data.
For leadership
The numbers you need, when you need them.
Ask for sales by trip, region or month, compare to last year, spot under-filled departures and see cash due in — without waiting for a report to be built. Scale the business without scaling the admin.
Question: How did October sales compare with last October, by region?

FAQ
Questions, answered.
No. It removes the repetitive lookup and formatting work so your team can spend more time on customers, suppliers and the decisions that need experience. Every output is reviewed by a person.
